Prior to that, she completed an MSc in Materials Science and Technology at NTUA, where she investigated the pozzolanic activity of bottom ash, contributing to sustainable material development. Her academic journey began with a Master’s in Chemical Engineering from NTUA, where she conducted experimental measurements and thermodynamic modeling of catechin’s solubility in organic solvents.
